In our factory HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) is the way we work. We realise that quality control is in our hands. We have trained personnel who have been intensively trained for food processing and are conversant with the HACCP and other quality standard. The product is processed under the strict policy of QUALITY control.
Our upto date laboratory, has efficient personnel, who are qualified and well trained, and are experienced. They co-ordinate with the Quality Control staff and keep them posted on development and suggest improvements.
Our Quality Control staff holds regular training sessions for our workforce, to educate them on food-safety and hazards, associated with fish. This ensures that the each and every worker is able to understand and apply to themselves to the safety of the product.
